Caroline is an experienced Civil Law barrister and an accredited mediator with the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, recognised by both the Law Society and Bar Council, and is on the Bar Council Mediation Panel.
Her legal experience includes negotiation and facilitating settlements in addition to a broad range of litigation involving some complex issues and high value claims. She has been instructed by clients in the tourism, banking, telecommunications, medical and publishing sectors.
Her practice ranges from Commercial Contracts, Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims and Professional Negligence to Employment disputes including unfair dismissal, issues under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations, workplace stress, bullying and discrimination claims. Caroline also deals with property disputes, bankruptcy, probate, charity, education, immigration and company secretarial work.
A member of the International Bar Association, Employment Law Association, and Federation of Small Businesses, Caroline delivers talks on Employment Law and procedure. Outside of the Bar, she is a Samaritan, keen black and white photographer, and traveller.
