Cheryl is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Personal Injury Bar Association. 

Cheryl has appeared in the High Court and numerous County Courts and tribunals all over the country. She accepts instructions to appear in hearings in all tracks and in a full range of applications for both claimant and defendant/respondent.

Cheryl has acted for trustees in bankruptcy and debtors in many bankruptcy matters, including applications to annul bankruptcy orders, s.303 applications, applications for sale of land and s.363 applications.

Cheryl has experience in a range of contractual disputes. She has also acted in numerous company matters including matters concerning winding up, shareholder disputes, director's duties, off-shore companies and capital gains tax

Her property/Chancery experience includes matters involving: wrongful interference, conversion, boundary disputes, easements, rights of way, breach of covenants, rent arrears, and possession orders and other landlord and tenant matters. She also appears in the LVT.

Cheryl also acts for claimant and defendant in all types of personal injury matters. She has a broad range of experience in the following areas: emplyers' liability, public liability, road traffic accident (including credit hire cases), occupiers' liability, psychiatric injury, stress at work and travel law.

Cheryl also has experience in Consumer Credit matters. In particular she has experience of challenging the enforceability of credit agreements. She has also successfully set aside default judgements and statutory demands, on many occasions, by using unenforceability arguments and/or arguing that there has been a failure to comply with a request under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Cheryl has a keen interest in Animal Welfare Rights and Media and Entertainment law. She would like to develop her practice in both these areas and welcomes instructions from professional clients.

Cheryl successfully completed her pupillage at Chambers.

Cheryl is a member of Chamber's Management and Pupillages Committees, and is also Deputy Head of London.
