Jessica works as a commercial director in Cape Town, South Africa. In England she advised on several insurance / reinsurance disputes involving coverage issues and allegations of misrepresentation, non-disclosure and fraud, in particular for AXA and some Lloyds syndicates. She also advised on professional negligence disputes involving insurance brokers; attended conferences with expert witnesses such as underwriters of major insurance / reinsurance companies; and advised on more general commercial disputes relating to bailment contracts and loan agreements, in interpleader proceedings and in landlord and tenant matters.

Jessica is fluent in French. Hobbies include salsa and ballroom dancing.
