Since her call to the Bar, Nayyera has accumulated extensive experience in various different areas of law.

She has worked at senior level within a multi-national company regulating their working practices in line with data protection legislation and also providing advice and training to company staff on changes in corporate law.

Nayyera has also worked on high profile employment cases involving some of the most dominant names in the corporate field who amongst other matters have been accused of racial discrimination and sexual harassment.

Nayyera has worked with reputable solicitors where she has assisted Queens Counsel and Junior Counsel on several complex criminal law cases including class ‘A’ drug trafficking, possession of fire arms and murder trials involving forensics and expert witnesses.

She has also provided vital assistance in a heavy defamation matter involving libel and slander against prominent figures in foreign states.

Prior to entering the Bar, and successfully completing her pupillage at Chambers, Nayyera gained substantial experience in the field of asylum and immigration law. She has worked for a private international firm providing advice and representation. She has ample experience of representation at various levels including reconsiderations and judicial review matters.
