Areas of practice

Prior to commencing pupillage Amy gained considerable experience of conducting cases in the Royal Courts of Justice and County Courts as a freelance advocate. Amy has represented clients in a variety of cases including small claims trials, bankruptcy hearings, mortgage and landlord and tenant possession cases and enforcement proceedings. As a pupil, she has gained experience in all aspects of Chambers' practice, and has drafted pleadings and opinions in high value claims.

Amy takes instructions in contractual disputes, debt recovery and enforcement, employment (particularly from employees in unfair dismissal and redundancy matters), and property (including possession hearings).
