Mr Qureshi is able to accept instructions under Public Access rules.
Ms Qureshi’s fees are flexible. She is able offer her legal services under a fixed fee model. Instructing solicitors and members of the public are welcome to discuss her fees with the clerks or directly with her before instructing her.
Ms Qureshi is a dynamic advocate who regularly appears in courts at all levels. She has substantial experience in immigration law including asylum, human rights and entry clearance matters. She has conducted Judicial Review applications and drafted appeals to the Court of Appeal.
Ms Qureshi is a member of the British Institution of Human Rights. She is fluent in Bengali.
