Afsar Hossain

Mr Hossain is a Barrister of England and Wales, having been called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in 2008. He has extensive international experience across multiple jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Singapore, Bangladesh and the United Arab Emirates.

He has significant experience in arbitration, corporate and commercial matters, dispute resolution and advisory work. He has represented international clients in disputes and transactions ranging from shipping and company matters to infrastructure projects and contractual claims.

Mr Hossain has held senior professional positions across several jurisdictions, including Of Counsel at ARAA Group Advocates & Legal Consultants in the UAE, Legal Consultant at Imperator Legal Consultancy LLC, and Managing Partner at A Hossain & Associates. He has also worked extensively in arbitration and advisory teams in Singapore.

He regularly works with clients across different jurisdictions and has experience in international arbitrations, litigation preparation, dispute resolution and corporate matters.
