Profile
Harshaka Kannangara is a barrister specialising in immigration and human rights law. He is authorised to advise and represent clients through Public Access and to conduct litigation.
He advises clients at all levels and has appeared in immigration courts across England and Wales and in the Court of Appeal. His experience includes asylum, right of abode, deportation, EEA, settlement, private and family life applications, children’s cases and points-based system applications involving students, dependants and skilled workers.
Mr Kannangara provides focused, robust advocacy tailored to the needs of each case. The time required for a matter depends on its complexity and any applicable deadlines.

Interests
